In the construction phase, the project is monitored to ensure that it is built according to your plans and specifications.

Depending on the scale and scope of the project, a typical residential project in St. Lucia would require additional technical information including structural engineering details and specifications. This is necessary to ensure the safety of the occupants and the structural integrity of the house.
