What We Do
J. R. Scatliffe Consulting provides a wide range of services to meet the varying needs of our clients. These include:

  • Custom residential home design and home plans
  • Architectural Drafting and Construction Document Services
  • Project Management
  • Land Subdivision Design
  • Land Use Feasibility and Development Analysis

We provide expertise in a number of residential design areas including:

  • New custom home designs
  • Designs for renovations and additions
  • Measured surveys and building design analysis

We also work with clients and their designers from North America and Europe to prepare construction drawings to meeting local building codes and planning requirements. Support services are provided in areas including:

  • Land use and site fesibility study
  • Cost estimating
  • Bid preparation

What We Do Not Do
Although we provide full-service residential designs, we do not perform the following functions:

  • Provide building construction services
  • Provide structural, mechnical, and electrical engineering services

Our Service Standards
When you contact us, we will always be professional and respond to you in a fair, courteous and timely manner.

  • If you Phone Us:
    Your telephone call will be answered without delay within normal office hours (10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), and pleasantly greet and offer you our assistance. If you reach our voice message and mail system, we will return your call within 1 business day.
  • If you Write to Us:
    Your letters, e-mails, and faxes will be acknowledged as speedily as possible, and at least within 5 business days of receipt. Our written communications to you will be in clear and simple language, addressing the issues directly and including relevant contact details.

Charges for Services
Where costs are involved, you will be advised in advance and, invoiced accordingly for services.
